Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping to the US + Canada.
How long do I have to make a return?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What is the return process?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To initiate a return, please contact info@betweenworldsdeck.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Can I get a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
